Hello and welcome!

Another day, another quick build for an empty lot in a premade town. This one's for Riverblossom Hills.

This was probably the quickest build in this series and ALSO I've finally managed to make an actual starter home, with furniture and the price being under 20k *cries*.

Aside from all that, there's not much I can say about this build. It's a small house with one bedroom and one bathroom, plus a little garden in the yard. The furniture is what you usually see in any EA premade build: the necessities only.

The lot size is 30x20, the price is 19.979.

No CC used/included and I think the only EPs I used were NL and Seasons, plus M&G, but I'm really not sure about this because the white brickwall and some of the trees raise questions... If anyone knows which EPs they came from, please let me know.
