This construction you are seeing right now is an abandoned but extremely beautiful Irish church that can be found in the Poisoned Glen, situated in County Donegal. It was built around 1850 by Jane Smith Rusell, as a way of honor and remembrance to her husband, who died a few years later. The church, originally called Black Mary, stood there as a worship place for some years, but soon was left to decay as the folks that lived there left the place, with no one who cared for the integrity of the building. Luckily, in 2005, the church undertook some restorations and is now a magical place to visit and appreciate.

I fell in love with this church as soon as I found out about its existence, and added it as a very important location for a story I'm currently writing. I made all my characters as sims, and of course, I had to build this church for them to visit in the game as well.

I put a lot of effort in making the building as accurate as possible, and the result came out so well I thought some might appreciate it and want to put it in their game too. I first checked if someone made this church before in the sims, but it turns out i’m the first and currently only one that made it.
