Longer Time for Old Friend and Old Enemy

Tuning of the time it takes for sims to become old friends and old enemies for longer lifespans. The default of 14 days has been multiplied. Now the entire relationship panel won't be filled with old friends after a couple in-game weeks.

(I have not tested the longer durations for if they trigger old friend status once the extended duration is up. They definitely prevent old friend/enemy status when the default span has passed, so there shouldn't be any reason for it not to trigger, but let me know if it doesn't work)
