This is my entry for Round 1 of CatherineTCJD's contest:

I had a LOT of fun making over the very cute Crack House Cat has built, and I hope you will have fun with it in your game!

Thank you to Cat for the great lot and the very exciting contest!

No custom content used - I have even removed my normal defaults

Edit: I have found a default floor shader still in my downloads folder - you do not need it but can find it here if you want it. It is by Mootilda:

The new lot has 2 full bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, half a bathroom to, a kitchen, open plan living/dining and a garage. There is a swimming pool and a pond in the back yard.

The Lot Size is 40 X 20 and it will cost your sim 168 745.
