Hi there! These tenements have a charming, European-inspired mixed-use design, blending residential living with boutique commercial spaces at street level. Each façade has its own personality, yet together they create a cohesive upscale neighborhood atmosphere. The left tenement feels distinctly Parisian, with cream stonework and tall arched windows and black wrought-iron balconies. The ground floor works beautifully as a florist’s shop with large display windows creating an inviting storefront and on the next floors I designed a more contemporary gym. The middle tenement is narrower and more vertical, acting as a visual anchor for the row with warm terracotta-orange façade and symmetrical windows with decorative pediments. The elegant proportions make it feel luxurious rather than corporate. The ground floor host as an elegant hairdresser's salon. On the second floor of this historical building I placed a luxury jewelry store. On the third floor there is an aesthetic medicine clinic. The right tenement has a more artistic and Mediterranean influence embelished with ornamental turquoise copper balconies. Wellness levels contain far east influenced massage rooms, saunas and a yoga studio. There's also a place for a tea table. All of it gives the street a refined “lifestyle quarter” identity.
