What a fancy name, for such a tiny shack, don't you think?
I couldn't help it. No matter the size, this house reminds me those hillside residences build in sunny California, which can be seen in so many movies.
Other than that, it's really small, so don't try moving in more than two sims, otherwise they will stumble upon each other. There's a garage in the basement and a lot of space, which can be used to make another basement rooms, if needed.
I think here comes the worst combination possible: Built into a sloped 3x2 lot, comes unfurnished and requires University. :nana:
