Here are some villas for your rich college sims. Instead of having to stay in the public dormitories they can have a spacious villa for the right price of course. This building has 12 total units. There are actually 6 units with 2 bedroom units which equals the 12 units. So, make a friend and room together or you may get stuck with one of those little nerdie rich goodie-to-shoo roomies. I haven't tested this out so please let me know if any of you have any problems with it. I didn't add any furniture (one can never satisfy every individuals wants and needs) so you will need to add beds, sofas, chairs, etc... I did include tiolets, sinks, stoves, refridgerators, counters, and some other minor objects. Also, this is a DORM LOT so you may need to use the dorm cheat to enable all of the building tools, I will include them in this thread. Hope you all enjoy this lot and all feedback is very much appreciated!


Dorm Cheat


Enable the cheat menu: (ctrl+shift+c)
Enables all building mode tools: boolprop dormspecificationsdisabled false
Disables all building mode tools: boolprop dormspecificationsdisabled true
