Sutherland Springs

This is my first upload to this site so I hope I do all this right. This is a house I made based off a real floorplan that I found in one of my my house plan books. It's called Sutherland Springs. The house comes unfurnished, not the best interior decorator so I'll leave that up to you. I have included the wall paint and floors that I used though. The lot is on a 5x4 and runs $85,268. I have play tested the lot and your sims can get through all areas of the house. The house is 2 floors with basement. The floors feature:

Upper Floor : Master Bedroom
Master Bathroom
Front and Back Balconys

Main Floor : Living Room w/ Attached seperate Bar or Study area
Dining Room
2-Story entry w/planter
2 Bedrooms or 1 Bedroom and Study
2 Bathrooms
Kitchen w/ Breakfest Nook
Attached Garage (just for looks seeing as though I don't have
nightlife. Might be able to be changed to regular garage
For those that do have the EP)
Utility Room/Laundry
Back Deck w/Pool
Large Front Porch

Basement : Gameroom/Bar
Workout Room/Gym
Glass wall w/ view into pool

Custom Content which I beleive is included in the lot file but not sure is :

Fat D's Half Walls, K8S ForestWolf Walls, Numenor's Full Wall Doors and Windows, plus a few of the lost maxis paint and floors which all can be found here on ModtheSims2.com

If there is any problem with the lot file please let me know so I can fix the problem, seeing as I said this is my first time uploading a file to share. The file was cleaned with Clean Installer. Hope you all enjoy the lot.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
