Hello!
I thought it was about time that I introduced myself. I’m Paperwinch and I’ve been playing the Sims 2 for about 15 years. I have played all the sims games, but Sims 2 remains my favourite by a long shot. My current neighbourhood is around 10 years old and is a bit of a mess. I have been planning a new neighbourhood for about a year now, and I am using this to challenge myself to finally learn how to mod and create custom content!
Since I am new to creating CC things will not be perfect and there may be errors. If you do see an error I would be really grateful if you could let me know how to fix it so I can keep learning and improving.

Do whatever you like with anything I create: recolour, remesh, redo, edit, convert, fix, etc. If you use my things (or include them in a screenshot) I would like it if you could tag me or notify me as I would love to see what you have done!
However, please don’t upload to any form of paysite or put anything behind a paywall.
