Well with another late night spent finishing this off I've finally complete this round.

This is 'Metro - Fine Apparel' where your classy sims can buy some new outfits and stylish accessories.

Features:
- Break room with tv & lounge, dining set, small kitchen, staff toilet, an office and a wall clock so sims know when their break is up.
- Split male and female sections including separate toilets and dressing rooms (a total of 6 toilets and dressing rooms) with couches in the mini halls in case there's a line for the toilets or dressing rooms (I know this is an issue in real life lol)
- Large entry with 2 registers, shopping carts and special display tables.
- 2 display windows (1 for each gender)
- Outside seating (seats 8 and can enjoy the views of the display windows and/or listen to the fountains or even watch some traffic drive by.) I've done this before and it's fun
- Unique, custom made signs
- Speaker system for in-store music
