Okay first of all thanks Catherine for hosting. Thanks judges for judging. Thanks all other for taking part.
If you remember I started with "Waaay, No! I won't do this" These were about Beladonna Cove house where arches reminded me fish scales. But then I switched to another house with same arches. It got no similar fishscale facade pattern unfortunately but theme as you guess right there is nautical.
First I googled what adobe is. Well I tried to let it be that clay-made shelter called in article, God knows I also tried to make it modern and luxurious but I end up with something like a spongebob fan house. And YES it is no CC! I took all away but beo's red pause frames hider and CEP files.
There is a reservoir at the entrance
There is canopied yard at the back
Thanks, Catherine for such a nice looong lot!
First floor remained the same I did not move anything but covered pool area with faux glass (blue carpet actually) tiles
Ground floor shot was long enough so I also rotated a roof plan.
Okay let's have a "deep dive" into lot parts as there are four: reservoir area, front yard with pool, adobe itself and back yard with hot tub.
There are two separated ways for the owner by the pool area and underground passageway facing the pool for customers
There is a small fish-themed shop in the bottom. NOT the Bikini Bottom!
Owner can catch a fish for their shop right in this reservoir
Upper part of the pool area is sun and rain-protected. It is a private area for the owner and their guests.
There were so many walk paths and three enterances with porches and also three ways to reach the bedroom. So I decided to separate it by the buffet table, made two porches connected at the back and placed a stairs for the owner going down right into shop room.
Now once you lock the back door, none of the sims may reach your bedroom. And also buffet table near the kitchen is great for parties. For pool parties to be exact, because why not since you have a pool?
The last part is the back yard. Here it is uncovered to make a view clear.
What else is there?
Let's look at the back yard from there with its various windows of same colour
And its side view from there to see little fish pattern on the glass sides
Are you interested in how passage way looks? Here it is. With fishscale pattern on walls.
Or maybe a better look at the back yard? Have a look! All the cactuses from the front side moved here!
Swim-up bar is my favourite! Yeah sims can not really swim to it but let's pretend they could.
The house is one bedroom and one bathroom but has plenty of space for parties and home business. The price is something worthy for IKEA store.
Those whimsical little trunk is poking through my fake glass roof! That's nasty!
Thank you very wuch for watching
Here you can see more of my creations and conversions for sims 3. ;) I`ll glad to see your comments in.
