Many of Poppeboy's Fitchick meshes are likely found as a guest contributor in Warlokk's Insim section. Poppeboy made a lot of Fitchick meshes so without more information about what mod or what files you're looking for, it's difficult to know what you want.

This archive contains a folder that has a Poppeboy mesh called MESH-pops-fc-afSwimwear01. Could that perhaps be the right mesh? In the underwear folder.

According to my downloads, that mesh - MESH-pops-fc-afSwimwear01 - is the mesh needed for the FCSnake1 and FCSnake2 swimsuits. If you can't find it, let me know as I also have the mesh.

im afraid it was.... the original post by poppeboy with his meshes leads to a 404 error page and there IS an active one by poppeboy where he attempted to revive the project but he modified it and nuked all the files attached. the links you sent are forks of the project by other authors who modified the meshes but not all, and i intended on seeking out the original ones poppeboy posted. it seems that someone already compiled most if not some into simfileshare and i did acknowledge the posts where some of the files linked do contain at least a few of his meshes, but ill grab those anyway.

i unzipped them all and yes, i found it. i'm not sure if these are all of the lost meshes found since i plan on seeking more retextures posted on Insim but this is what i needed. thanks.
