I'm a completionist, and it was really bothering me that I didn't have those. 
Fortunately, however, all of the music I was most interested in (which includes the songs found on the sims' radio stations, music from Build/Buy/CAS/Map, and also music played during the loading process and flybys over China/Egypt/France) were all in the format that used the much more user-friendly ealayer3.exe to convert them.
