Like to see someone to do Apple phone updates!
Phone in SIMS2 is a very regrettable setting, because it is almost only the function of calling.
Why not put this phone into a variety of color changes, you can buy the pattern in the game to switch the color of that set? If you can have more colors can choose better.

Which Community Lot to I go to? I have Sims 2 UC. I went to the electronics store but the phone wasn't there.

In Belladonna Cove you need to go to 'Finer Fare Market'. Some of the other towns may or may not have the machine to buy it in the lots, so I'm not really sure for the others. Lastly, if you still can't find it, you can edit a community lot yourself and add the machine, it's in miscellaneous electronics.
