What OS version and web browser are you on? You might need to clear your Temp folders and browser cache. Easiest way is to download and run
CCleaner.
After you've installed, launch it.
If you have Internet Explorer, the options are in Windows tab.
If you have Firefox or another browser, the options are in Applications tab.
We want to mainly clear the
- IE-"Temporary Internet Files" or
- FF-"Internet Cache" and
- under System-"Temporary files";
you can choose other options as you see fit. Click Analyze (all browser windows must be closed). When it finishes the analysis, you can double-click each summary of files to ensure the files are ones that can be permanently removed. Then click Run Cleaner.
Another thing to try is to uninstall and reinstall the EA Download Manager. The EADM might cause your Sims3Pack downloads to be corrupted.
