Default Increased natural light intensity?
Here's a thing I've noticed lately: windows don't let through nearly as much light as they would in real life. I'm wondering if there's a way to or a mod for increasing the intensity of light that windows let in from outside. Alternatively, is there such a thing as an invisible window that lets through light anyway?

Thanks,
~ Pi

I swear there was a mod that changed how much light came through windows.

There's a fix for some of EA's glass doors by plasticbox. It changes the amount of light coming through the door.

The way these work is that they point the VPXY at a different LITE instance (one that works and makes sense for that door); I didn't change anything about the lights themselves.

Ok, now, bear with me, I'm no modder and I'm not all that well versed in the deep mechanics of the game, but I thought maybe this LITE instance could be modified? Looking around, some LITE files are located in FullBuild0. I only did a quick swipe, but I'm not sure where or if there is a global parameter for all windows? Though, there are lighting data files for different objects.

And tweaking some things you could change the amount of light coming through a particular window?

I don't know, maybe there is a better, global way of doing something like this?

Are the LITE files in text format? Also, I usually use the tinted windows from ITF, so I assume I can get their resources by cloning the windows in S3OC?

Those LITE files get extracted in a ".light" format, I edited them directly in S3PE and that's how far my limited knowledge goes, hah. And yes, I just saw that with S3OC you could just get the LITE file by cloning the object.

That's a really neat mod you made, Blyss. I can't wait to test it out!
