This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Not sure if this is a glitch (x2)
Hello everyone!

Once again I bring you something that it doesn't seem to work for me, and this time not one thing but two! Yay...

The first one, as seen in picture 1, it's an issue with those double windows. As you can see, they only seem to bring light if I place them inside out. I tried other double windows and they work fine, it's only these that I don't know if they had their light programmed contrary as it should be?
The second glitch is actually a missing texture, I think. Don't know if it happens to other people too or only in my game this fence seems to be defective. In case you ask, I already have the graphics options set to the max, so any detail should be showing, but in this particular fence it doesn't.

That's it for now, people. As usual, thanks in advance for any possible answer!

1: Would think that's a glitch, as it's supposed to let lights in. I don't use those windows often, so I guess I haven't noticed before.

2: Could possibly be a bump mapping issue of some sort, like a missing map. I have had shaders (and bump mapping) enabled for a while on two different computers, but those are fences are flat in my game, too. I've noticed the thumbnail/bump glitch previously, but keep forgetting it exists.

The first one is a Maxis glitch, the M&G lighting file, EP9Lights.nlo has a syntax error. there is a line in it that has "create WFour(windowTwoTileEmpiren_0_1S_0_S_light)". The 'n' after Empire shouldn't be there, it should be "create WFour(windowTwoTileEmpire_0_1S_0_S_light)".

This thumbnail mismatch has been in my game since I got it back in 2004. No idea why. I've always just ignored it.

The EP9Lights.nlo is in:
The Sims 2 Mansion and Garden Stuff\TSData\Res\Lights
Use notepad to open file and correct.
