So the hair pictured is one from the 70,80 & 90 stuff pack and I have been trying to find look a like hair for both males and females.
I was able to find a male base game version for the hair but the link is broken.

Additionally;
- Do you guys know what this type of hair style is called and what era it is from? (Feathered hair from 70's and 80's)

Store's Surf Swept and one of Generations' male hairs seem pretty close for the guys..

Did a quick search of the hairstyle in question and it mostly resembles the 'feathered hair', popular from the late 70's to the 80's..

You can try enabling them for both genders and see what they look like. Typically MtF enabled hairs will be OK since the male head is larger, and FtM enabled hairs will clip with the forehead if they aren't "floaty". Luckily, it seems that a lot of creators make their hairs pretty "floaty" in the forehead area so they can just enable the hairs for both genders without needing to adjust them (on some hairs it's more obvious than others, but mostly only if you look closely at the sim, from the side).
