Default Weather mod question
I was curious is there a mod or something out there that makes it so the weather and temprature doesn't change unless you tell it to? I already know how to set and change it I just don't want the game changing and varying it. Thanks

I believe NRAAS Tempest can control weather however I'm not sure about the exact settings to use with the changes you mentioned above. You can check the Tempest Mod here for more information.

I believe thats for the sims 3.. No matter I actually found in MCC you can set how long and many hours you want a weather setting to occur for so thanks anyways!

I just realized that this post was for Sims 4 and was about to edit my response! I'm sorry for that and I'm glad you were able to find a fix for it!
