Looking For Faux/Decrotive SciFi/Futuristic Windows.
Sorry to grace everyone with my presence again so soon. I was wondering if anyone knows of any faux/decorative windows, preferably some that are scifi/futuristic. Or any paintings I could use instead as windows. Wall coverings/wallpapers could be good too. Thank you.

There's these wallpapers: https://www.thesimsresource.com/dow...rt1/id/1128616/ https://www.thesimsresource.com/dow...rt2/id/1129574/

I could have sworn there's another set, from maybe some TS2 or even TS1 creator, like holysimoly or someone, but I can't find anything. I can picture the predominantly blue preview pic in my mind. But I'm also suffering in a heatwave, so probably best to ignore my slow-cooked half-recollections

I use metal patterns, like the ones above, together with CFE to create a strip of wall to suit the pattern or a wall pattern that has an outline and gives you the effect you’re after. If that makes sense?

The other way I do it is I recolour wall art, use recolourable paintings at the size of the required faux window, and use this mod https://modthesims.info/d/478307/re...01-16-2014.html

after recolouring with the required pattern for the look wanted, use the mod to remove the overlay and the pattern will be applied to the whole painting, giving you the look of a grill type window. The more you play around with it the better you’ll get, choosing the right pattern is key.

Examples of what I’m taking about can be found throughout Woeford, make sure the patterns are installed to see this 😅
