Hi, I'm creating this brand new neighborhood with a friend, I already try to get SimCity 4 but was impossible for me and I was wondering if someone wanted to help us or does comitions.

We are planning 4 districts: One is the center of the town where you can find the city hall, cetedrall, apartments, even trailers and other places to go, the other one is a lane where there should be 3 gorgeous mansions, there's other where you can find old mansions in town and lives old money families like it was a road connecting the hills with the center town and finally a place that used to be a farm but was demolished to place brand new mansions that look all the same and is like a lane.

Even we have a lot of ideas we are trying to get a medium map cause our lots some of them are heavy. I can't find a lot of terrains with those characteristics so its been hard for us and want to know if someone here can help us
