Default Help with Party Pack Santa
I hope that someone here can help me, I have looked for help just about everywhere and no one seems to have the answer.

Problem: I have my sims buy the Christmas tree, and then make the Santa cookies; they wait untill 10 o' clock when Santa shows up, and that is where the problem is. When Santa shows, he is thin, wearing a grey suit, and HAS NO FACE! He has a bald head, but no face.

I also have NO Santa or Mrs. Clause costumes in my game, no new beards, nothing remotely relating to Santa besides the cookies. Please help me. I would love to have a real Santa in my game. Maybe then he could stop frighting my sims.

EDIT: Thank you for all your help. I have fixed the problem and no I have a Santa. Yay!

EDIT2: To fix this problem, I had to uninstall EVERYTHING and reinstall it all. Only then did the Santa and Mrs. Clause clothing and hair show up.

Try unistalling the party pack and reinstalling it.

How do you do that if you downloaded it? I have read the help thingy on the EA Downloader, but it didn't help.

Sorry, but I am not really that computer savy.

Firstly, do you have any custom content or hacks? If so, move your downloads folder to the desktop and see if Santa works okay then.

I really thank both of you for the help, but neither suggestion worked. I figured out how to uninstall and reinstall, I moved my downloads folder, but Santa still is cheesy. But thank-you again.

Wait how does Santa come? I just got my party pack, but it didn't tell me how to have Santa come. If someone could just leave me a message....that would be great! :-) Thanks.

It sounds to me like your downloaded file package got corrupted during the download which happens all too often. If you can try downloading the party package again and then install it after removing the first install. If that all fails then save your game files and uninstall everything and do a clean install. That usually cures any problems and then after installing again move your game files back into the game.

You can re-download several times from the EA site once you have paid.

To have Santa come just leave "Santa Cookies" out. You have to have a cooking level of one to make them.

I've looked everywhere, HOW do you uninstall the party pack? I installed from a disk and can find no 'uninstall'.
