Default Any tips for making girly-boy sims?
I need more of them in my game, man.
Or woman.
It's kind of hard to tell.
I can't see you through the monitor.
So, in CAS can you do anything to make then look my feminine?

Create a girl, then change the gender. :P

I was going to say what Ri said. Isn't there a hack/cheat that allows you to change a sims gender after you've exited CAS? Or maybe that was for TS2...

One thing I do, like the others have said, is create a female first. Then after I her her really girly looking I change her to male. I then play around a bit more with the sliders until I get (now) him just right. Another thing that helps is if you have some downloaded hair that has been converted to work on both males and female.

I always have a problem creating MANLY sim guys, most of the default faces look terribly girly to me. LOL.
But, anyway, if you want an extremely girly face, make the features more round and soft (esp. the eyebrows, eyes and nose, whereas lip size/shape doesn't matter that much). Smaller ears and longer eyelashes also give a more feminine look.

Most of the CC hair for guys will make your dude pretty girly

Sadly right now i can't remember, i haven't been playing sims in months, but there're webs with dresses for men, with girl curves ^.^ you need to search around.
But if you're only looking to make him a bit girly and not a complete girl, use light makeup, it looks really cute in guys, and some accesories can help too, like earrings and long nails.
Good luck!!

Pfft, you want a sissy boy? lol I prefer manly man sims (although I do have a handful of girly boys ingame for some reason O.o), but just give her him larger eyes and a round face with little cheek definition. Shouldn't be too hard.

I think if you use a hack to edit a Sim in CAS to change their gender, their appearance will change while they retain the opposite-sex voice, so a turning a female into a male lets them retain the female voice.

For me, I create the custom girls first then use the icon of sex and change it to man.

I use the same method with the children too. If I need to create the kids from the sims ex. a man needs to have a daughter that look alike him I will change YA male to boys or toddler boys then change sex to girls, or vice versa(change YA male to YA female, then change age to girl).

For more information : If you want to change sex gender, use TWALLAN's super computer mod.(He updated with the newest patch 1.6.6 already!)
Twallan's mod is so various with sex change/romantic interest orientation for gay sims.
I never use them personally. But you can read many replies from his own forum about this sexual orientation/gay romance/same sex pregnancy mod.

Making girly-boys is my guilty pleasure.

In my opinion, changing a female sim to male is a bad idea -- it will end up looking like a tranny. A good-looking woman makes a bad looking man (at least with sim genetics)

My tips:

-Make the nose tall and slim. The tip and nostrils should be small.
-Pointy chin. The jawline should be small and delicate like a woman's.
-Full lips; mainly the bottom one.
-Use peggy's skintone -- it doesn't get much girlier than that.
-You should also use the contacts and lipstick from this site: http://blog.yam.com/tmnt (Install by clicking on 觀看全文 under each preview picture. Search for a megaupload/megafile/rayfile download link)
