give a money to other sims

Hi i created some house on my neighbor and i want to move other sims on my neighbor using the lot editor but all of them are poor they cant afford to move in. is there anyway to give them money? thanks

why not try the freerealestate cheat instead? YYou can use familyfunds NAME where NAME is the family name, to give them money, but freerealestate moves them into a lot without having to keep track of the price.

Aye, the method above doth work, though you must move quickly to either cheat yourself some money to pay yon taxes - the Taxman doth not have time for your crap if ye bills ye cannot pay!

I just move them using the freerealestate but why they stay outside there home they never sleep on there bedroom i dont what's wrong anyway does it means if use the familyfunds they will get a same money with me? as petra says they might not able to pay there taxes? thanks

You can do a ctrl-c, type testingcheatsenabled true and then type in motherlode. That will give them $50,000
