Default Glowing objects
Which graphics setting do I need to adjust to prevent objects from glowing like they're radioactive when placed directly under a light source? When the light is set to dim the glow is negligible, but on normal or bright it's nearly blinding and it causes paintings to be almost entirely washed-out.

You need to turn down the 'Lighting and Effects' setting

In my game this was fixed with the latest patch/Late Night.
It was bugging me as hell.

That's what I thought. All the way to low? Because right now, it's at medium, I think.

Yeah, rigt down to the lowest Even with it on the lowest its really bright so you could also turn off the advansed rendering but that'll make the surrounding grass turn flat...

Advanced rendering is what fixed the glowy-ness. When I started up the game and went into options, the Lights&Shadows was at low and stuff was still bright. But after turning off rendering and restarting, it looked fine.
