Default Sims 2 Maternity Wear
I'm sorry if this is the wrong place as i'm new and wasn't sure where to put this! Is it possible to get all of the Maternity outfits in the game and you can choose which one to wear instead of being stuck with the same one?

Thanks!

You would need a hack that enables the player to plan maternity wear for a Sim. Moving to WCIF so someone can point you at that.

However, most players looking for variety in their maternity wear tend to use a hack that allows pregnant Sims to wear anything, and then find everyday clothes with pregnancy morphs.

Squinge at InSIMenator.org does a hack for pregnant sims to wear anything. It will be in here somewhere (am not directly linking because there are different versions depending on what EPs you have installed): http://www.insimenator.org/index.php?board=152.0.

In order for that to work you'll need clothes with a preg morph, like mangaroo said. There's quite a selection here at MTS - search the downloads using the words "pregnancy" and "maternity", and other Sims sites will do them too. I'm pretty sure that InSIM has a ton. Personally, my favourite is this mod which adds a pregnancy morph to all the EAxis clothing: http://www.modthesims.info/d/237740.

I just use these defaults:

Much better than the EAxis monstrosities

Those are nice, Scarletwings, but the OP is looking for a method to choose any given Sim's maternity outfit. Defaults replace the base game outfit, but they won't give the player the ability to choose a different outfit once one has been assigned.

thanks for all the links guys! el flel, ive gone onto the second link you gave me, it told me to first download squinges pregnant sim thing to allow the sims to wear them, so i downloaded that no problem, then it says as a minimum, download the base link, and i only want the base outfits to use, so i just downloaded that, now i'm in-game what do i do?

Yep, sorry. I was more offering an alternative - didn't mean to confuse the issue.

You should be able to go to the closet with your pregnant sim and the option to 'plan outfit' should appear like normal. Outfits with a pregnancy morph will show up correctly when you're choosing them, if any don't display the bump then it means they have no morph.
