The reason i posted my own is because i used the other thread as guidelines and found some to be a bit too small for some of the rabbitholes i placed

Well, the other thread sizes aren't meant to be the -lot- size. They're the minimum physical size of the rabbithole. You're meant to decide what kind of edging you want around each one based on those measurements and what kind of effect you want to achieve. You may want to add a little "park" area with trees and benches in front of the spa, or an area of parking spaces around the side of the movie theater - in that case, knowing that the spa is exactly 12 tiles deep or that the movie theater is 16 tiles wide will help you plot the lot size to start with based on what you want to build.

Personally, I wouldn't use many of the lot sizes you listed as they aren't multiples of 5. Keeping to multiples of 5 whenever possible (except for 64) means your lots are more mix-and-match for people to use them, if you're sharing them with others.

Some of the sizes you've listed for lots you build yourself - not rabbitholes, and those can be virtually any size (perhaps with the exception of the fire station lot, which has to be at least big enough to fit a fire truck which is fairly deep).

That's fine, I was just linking you to the other thread so that you could read it, as it has extra information.
