Default Sims 3 - Loading multiple skin tones?
Hey guys, I just wanted to know if this is possible...

Currently, you can only install one custom skin tone mod which replaces the default skin tone from the game.

Is it possible to load many skin tones into the game at once, like it was in the Sims 2? By doing this you should be able to choose all the custom skin tone mods in CAS.. I hope this is possible.

Thanks.

Hmm.. do you remember what it was called by any chance.. maybe I can find it somewhere...

Because of not being able to load different skins at once, some of the custom sim mods I downloaded appear in a complete black skin textureless tone because their skins wouldn't load.

I enabled the skin mod that was for that custom sim and the black skin texture went away confirming that the problem was not being able to load multiple skins.

Hope there is a solution so that all the custom sims I have loaded get fixed from their textureless black form.

Rez's CAS UI mod, which will not work with the LN patch as another DL stated. I'm sorry, I wish I could have been of more help to you

As long as you use a mouse you can use the scroll wheel to page down thorough the UI CAS Skintone menu and your non-default skins will show up. The skins however; need to be updated for Late Night since they added the muscletone slider in.

The only reason why I want to do this is because some of the Sims that I downloaded appear in a textureless black skintone.

When I try to apply a Non-Default Skintone on them, they appear strange with border lines around the shoulders and neck/chin and dark colored than usual as if there is no lighting on that sim.

Is there a way I can edit the .Sims3Pack files to apply a different skintone to all my custom sims? Perhaps I can just apply a default skintone on all of them so that I wouldn't have any problems.

Thanks.

Ohh mine do that all the time. what you do is load a skin onto the sim it'll will all strange. then pop over to the clothes area and put a diffrent mesh on the sim.. like if they are wearing a T-shirt put them in a tank top. Give the game a minute to catch up and their skin will load proper.
