Default I did everything for awesomemod and it still won't work?
K, I'm not sure if this is allowed or not, but I do need help about awesomemod. I just got Sims 3 Pets, and the newest version of Awesomemod, ok? I configured the settings I want for the mod, always check for updates before playing the game and I followed the directions crystal clear. I even got the framework, but when I turn on my game, I first get a message saying that I got an unofficial modification that Sims 3 didn't come with or something, and I ignore that message. When I get to the start menu of the game, I get a warning message that says a non-critical core mismatch that is not part of Awesomemod doesn't match expected values and that it could be a result version of a mismatch or another third-party hack, but I click "ignore" on the message as well. Then I click on a saved game file, or start a new one, and it loads fine, but when it the bar is 99% filled, it just stays that way.

During that, I decided to look up why my game wasn't loading. I followed new instructions, like delete the resource file, the .dll file, moved my mods/packages folders, all of this from ANY location I wanted: Sims 3, World Adventures, so on; however, I wasn't sure what they meant by "move or delete your mods/packages" folders, so I just moved it to WA. Awesomemod still didn't work at all. I don't know what else to do anymore. I downloaded the Monkey Bars, the no intro mod, so on. Nothing WORKS. What am I missing? :\

You'll likely be encouraged to ask AwesomeMod support questions at moreawesomethanyou.com - but you will probably not find any help there, so I'll offer you some advice.

Not entirely sure what that actually means, but your Mods/Packages folder needs to be in your main documents/electronic arts/the sims 3 directory where you had it when AwesomeMod was giving you the core mismatch warning and you were getting the unofficial mods warning on startup. If you put it anywhere else, the mods will not work.

Make sure your EP's and SP's are up to date. http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php...lp:TS3_Patching

I was having this same issue with the mismatch error and the unofficial mods warning, (only my game was not freezing on load) and I believe it was due to unpatched EP's. Even though I had the latest Base patch. I cannot be certain of this, however, because what I did was I uninstalled everything and reinstalled them all in order, patching the Base and subsequent EP's and SP's as I went. This got rid of the errors and all was fine.

The newest version of awesomemod is tested with the latest patch, but not yet with Pets. I advise removing it until there is a Pets tested version up.
