male, female or both?

I'm currently making female ones, I've only completed 3, but I'm having a problem with skintones matching up once they're converted on one of them.
I recently got a new dds convertor so I'll be giving it another go soon. Can't say how long it'll be though, if ever at the rate I'm going (I've been currently making them for a couple of months now lol been busy with other things), they'll have to be posted on another site though, since they're 'detailed', and also made to line up with Grim's 3D enhancement for females.
If I never get round to finishing the rest I'll just post the ones I've done.

The female skintones everyone was using that were floating around here don't seem to be available for download anymore

Samko recently made new ones, but I'm not sure how barbie or not barbie like they are.
You could download them and check for yourself though.

For male ones you can use Tummyza's skintones. Not sure if there are any others for males around.

Yes, both.

Well, the female skintone Samko works, and it's good. :D
I will search for Tummyza's skintones right now.

Good luck in your creation, and very, very thanks :D

I just would like to find some good female skins using the standard colors that you can pick and choose which you use.

I say that because I have an ebony type skin suitable for dark elves, but to use that I can't use any of the packs that include all the skins at once. Tends to get a mismatch between the head and body. x.x

Quote from my website:
"My idea was to put up each color of skintone individually, clearly marked, so in the future one can easily be replaced with another without having to hunt through the package to delete one to replace with another one, since I realize that not everyone has or wants SimPE or is comfortable using it. This way you would no longer have to change a whole set of skintones to get another set of skintones, you could mix and match to your hearts content, which would give some sense of uniqueness that we don't really have since we can only change the defaults. It would also require, ideally, other skintone creators to do it this way though. It also leaves people who would consider making a skintone, but who don't want to or don't have the time to do a whole set, free to create for just one or 2 tones. It also means they can be put up individually as they're made instead of waiting till the whole project is done. I can't really think of a downside to this...except that you're downloading finger might get tired if you wanted a whole set lol. If I've failed to spot a problem with this idea let me know."

Is this what you meant?

I'm totally with you on this idea (as you can see lol).
There hasn't been much interest so far in my skintones, and I'll be taking the pics down on Sunday, but I still think, since we're stuck overwriting the defaults then we (as a community) should be trying to allow for as many differences between each one as we can.
