So I had a problem before which only appeared after I installed showtime. Well after pulling all my mods and CC I hadn't really gotten anywhere. Then I installed Supernatural having forgotten about my previous issue, so at the time I had no mods or CC installed. I loaded up my game and started playing. At first it was fine and then after I just got into playing my game went a little crazy. My sim's phone rung and then after that her queue kept filling up with the action react to ringing phone even though her phone wasn't ringing. It got to the point where the entire top of the screen was filled with the action.
I'd say it's a bug or glitch but I'm not sure which. This never happened before. I've just added my CC and mods back in and it's still occurring. The only way that seems to stop it is exiting the game and reloading it.

As for the FAQ, I'm not sure how much of it applies in this situation and I don't know where to begin solving this problem.
I've attached a picture of the issue. Admittedly the image is of crap quality but the only way I could think to do it was take a video with the UI enabled and then use vlc to take a screenshot of the paused video. Sorry for the crappy quality.

OS: Win 7 Professional x64
RAM: 8GB
GPU: Intel HD Graphics Family & Nvidia GeForce GT 555M
Processor: Intel Quad Core i7 @ 2.00GHz with Turbo boost
HDD: 2x 500GB - 167GB free on main drive

If there's anything else I should add, let me know. I hope you can help cause at the moment the only thing I can think that would help is patching the game. Also the game is playable but the issue is very annoying

well, the whole FAQ applies, but you've already done the steps about clearing caches and removing CC if the CC wasn't in there anyway.

Does it happen with every sim, or just that one? Does it happen in other neighborhoods? And can you repeat the problem if you temporarily move the user files? (Yes, all your saved games will be gone. You will be putting them back later.)

So it's happening to her new husband as well. I've also noticed it seems random and stops randomly without me needing to reload the sims 3. I've played for several days in an attempt to duplicate the issue on an old save in sunset valley. I wasn't despite all attempts able to reproduce the issue although I noticed a slight bug with npcs, the repairman npc was just hanging around which happened a little in my moonlight falls save. Anyway I thought it could be good if I created a new game in moonlight falls to see if it's moonlight falls specific and after playing through several days, to my best attempt I wasn't able to recreate the issue.
