Default Invert/Mirror Objects
Hi all,

I've been doing a bit of a search for the answer to this simple question, but I can't find out anywhere. Basically, I want to know if it's possible to flip/invert an object or wallpaper in TS3. There is one of the futureshock wallpapers that is basically a zig-zag going in one direction, but there is no wallpaper going in the opposite direction. I would like to flip it so I can make a nicer looking room, but I can't figure out how to do this.

Also, there is a column which is going from one corner to the opposite corner. I want to put two next to each other, but if you rotate the column it will always point in a different direction to the original, you can't get a mirrored pair. Is there any way to do this as well?

I'm guessing the answer to both of these questions is "No", so I'll probably have to manually edit the objects myself to make them work, but I was hoping somebody would be able to tell me.

Thanks!

For the wall paper you can use photoshop to horizontally flip the image. For the column you can use milkshape to do the same, not as easy as the wall paper but still fairly easy.

If you're asking if you can do it in-game, the answer is "no".

The suggestions in the previous post involve modding a clone of the object... either the texture or the mesh. If you want information on how to do that, check out the tutorials under the Create menu; if you have questions you can ask in the forums there.
