Default Sims 3 - Cell Phone Animinations
I've searched and searched and can not find a mod to remove the animations of cell phones ringing on Sims. I've looked in FAQ's to see if I can disable that feature and can not fine. Does anyone know if such a mod exists or if there is a way to get rid of those annoying animinations spewing out of my Sims?? Thank you for any direction.

Did you try to silence the phone? I've not tried it before, but that could stop the animations from showing.

Ringing cellphone is not an "animation" as I know of? I think you have an option to silence the phone. Doesn't it actually silence it?

Yeah, it silences it, but you still see the "sound waves". I, myself, don't have a problem with it.

When you silence the phone, musical notes still appear when it rings. Maybe you could use this to get rid of the effect?

I can silence the ringing but can not get rid of the animations that accompany a ringing phone.

Ringing Stops but the animations remain. One of these days some talented modder will come up with a mod for this...

UGH, it seems whenever i'm in the middle of taking pictures someone's phone rings and ruins the picture. But now I just click pause and ignore call.
