This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, Open for Business, Seasons
Default The Sims 2 Happy Holiday Stuff Christmas Party?
So I was playing The Sims 2 Happy Holiday Stuff and decided to throw a party for the 2nd to last day of Winter (I have Seasons installed too). But when I clicked on the Throw Party... button on the phone it only said House Party and New Year's Bash. Is it a glitch or there's no option for a christmas party? And if there wasnt, why are they decorations for Christmas like the Christmas Trees, lightup reindeers, etc...?

And if theres no option for a christmas party, how do you summon the Santa NPC?

There isn't a christmas party. According to the wiki page, you have to have a christmas tree and leave baked santa cookies near the fireplace.

You can throw a 'Christmas" party whenever you want. Season makes no difference as those of us in the Southern hemisphere have Christmas in the middle of summer and I've thrown sim ones then as well. Simply throw a house party, put up your decorations, put up the tree and bake the santa cookies for Santa to come. He should leave a toy like the remote control car and go to the toilet- a lot- then leave.
