First, please don't let the title confuse you into thinking marijuana (like it does Google). Second, why would someone want to add weeds? Well, I'll tell you why. After Olive's death and Ophelia's forceful removal from Dead End Lane, the estate has been tied up in a legal battle for years. As a result, the home and land are in complete disarray. The shrubs are overrun and there is already a great deal of weeds (thanks to a couple of drown victims dripping water everywhere)...but I want MOAR!!!

So I'm looking for a mod or method that I can add weeds that must be plucked just like regular weeds. I will even take decorative weeds if necessary, but I couldn't even find those.
