This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Showtime, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Launcher says store content is installed but it's not appearing in game. (Solved)
EPs/SPs: World Adventures, High End Loft Stuff, Showtime, University Life, and Into The Future.
Processor: AMD A10-5750M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 7.1 5.9
Memory: (RAM) 8.00 GB 7.2
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 8650G 5.9
Gaming graphics: 4206 MB Total available graphics memory 6.7
Primary hard disk: 594GB Free (673GB Total)
This is a Windows 8 laptop.
When I go on my launcher and try to install store content, it will say it's installed but it won't show up in game.
I tried re-installing the store content but that doesn't fix it.
I have the Xcas full package from here and some sliders.
I also have some other custom content but no other mods.
Stuff from the sims resource works fine, so it's not just sims3pack files.
Game version: 163.5.024001

I 'm sorry for bumping but I need an answer. Can anyone help me? I tried to make this as descriptive as possible.

Things to try:

In the Launcher, click Installed Content and check 'Run without custom content'. Start up the game until the household chooser screen appears. Exit the game. Start the Launcher again, go to Installed Content, and uncheck 'Run without custom content'. Play and hopefully the store items will show up.

If that doesn't work, you can try renaming your Sims 3 folder and re-downloading your store content: http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php...name_User_Files

Please do not PM me with mod, tutorial, or general modding questions or problems; post them in the thread for the mod or tutorial or post them in the appropriate forum.

Visit my blogs for other Sims content:

Thanks for the reply. I'll try this and get back to you later.
Edit: After trying the first one, nothing changed. I might try the other one though.
Edit 2: Tried the "renaming my folder"and it worked! Thanks CmarNYC!
