On my browser adfly is in portuguese, so i dont know the exact words it will show on yours. But on the top right corner, says something like 'wait' with a count down from 5 to 1.
After 1, it will say "Skip Ad", click that and it will take you to the download.

Question for the OP, how do you run a strip club/brothel venue? I would really like to know.

I thought of something like a gentleman club with hosts (pretty women to accompany you for tips). But so far beside bartenders, bouncers, and waiters, we can't get any non active sims out on the venue, let alone to get them to dance/strip/whatever the way you want. Please shed some light, thanks in advance.

Ya I honestly just made a family of women that go to the strip club when it opens. If you want some links to the pole w/ the interactions I can post it, as well as the prostitution mod. I'm sorry if this wasn't helpful, this is just how I did it.
