I downloded a community lot that had a "border" around it and my sims couldn't enter the building. I looked at it with an eyedropper and it says Presto Foundation but how do I delete it? It borders the building but there are still doors and windows on the walls. Sledgehammer doesn't let me get rid of it and I can't make it go away from the foundations catalog.

Hm, I'm not sure, but can't you just lower the foundation until it's completely gone? When you click on foundation in build mode there's some kind of slider where you can set the level of the foundation or can make it vanish completely.

Nope, it's set to the lowest on the slider and it can't be lowered anymore It looks just like the black border on the foundation above ^. I assume that's what keeps my sims from going to the place.

Not sure why it won't go away -- the slider seems to work in my game. As long as it really is dragged down all the way, my foundation vanishes completely.

If all else fails and you can't get rid of it, you might need to add a step. Sims can't cross onto a foundation without stairs, even if it's on the lowest setting and needs only a single step.

I moved this cafe to another lot and the problem didn't occur. So that's solved for now.
