I keep seeing WCIFs asking for male versions of this, or female versions of that. Use THIS TOOL. It's S3OC and it is extremely easy to use. It's an object cloner, but I use it to change the categories of things. There have been many, many times I've encountered a female hair that I wanted for male, or vice versa, and I've fired up S3OC, then changed the category of whatever file I wanted changed, all in about one minute flat. Suuuuper easy. I very much recommend downloading this and learning to use it.

Also in MasterController there's a setting you can tick to unlock hair for all genders

Agreed. You can enable all hair for both genders in the CAS settings, straight from inside the game when you click the sim and choose Nraas > Master Controller > Settings > CAS.
