Default Identifying CC file in-game?
There are some CC in my game that have a custom thumbnail with no picture, or even when clicked do not show up. Due to past experience I know this causes my Sims thumbnails to have a 'forever loading' image.
My question is how can I identify which is the CC, I can't hover over it like in Sims 2/Sims 3 and find out the file name. Is there a way to find the file name in-game so I can hunt down the problem?

I hope this made sense

I realized the same problem a few days ago when I wanted to remove a corrupt custom hair. Hovering over it doesn't give any info and I have no idea which file it is in my mods folder LOL

For furniture, at least almost all of the CC creators put their signiture and and name their items so it is easier to hunt those items' package files. But for CAS items it's almost impossible.

That's why I really keep a close eye on my CC. I divided them in to folders like furniture, decorative items, rugs, walls, floors, paintings, hair, clothing.. etc. And I avoid placing new CC in bulk in my game. If I get some new hairs, usually 4 or 5 of them, first I check how they work in game, so if any of them needs to be deleted, I know which files they are since I put them there recently.

Thank you

Edit: While that is useful it still doesn't help me track down the faulty CC's due to the fact I can't save the loading-forever sim :P, thanks for the help though!
