Default changing the recorded video directory?
I hope this makes sense to people, but i got a new laptop gaming computer, it has 2 separate internal harddrives. The main C drive is only 100GB and the other D drive is 1 terabyte. I record a lot of videos with the sims 2, and over time the sizes of the videos add up, and i dont think it'd be good to have them all be sent to the C drive.

Here's what im trying to do, is there a way i could change the folder where the recorded clips in the sims 2 automatically go to? like, instead of the recorded videos going to C:/Documents/EAGames/Sims2/Videos I could have them go to a random folder I choose on the D drive instead.

does anyone know how i can set my sims 2 game to do that?
i also want to do that for the sims 3 and sims 4
please help <3

Is this using the internal camera and/or video recording? That tends to be low quality so I don't use those tools myself. I use Fraps and there are other screen capture programmes (for free) out there. You can set those sorts of programmes up to save where you want.

I no longer come over to MTS very often but if you would like to ask me a question then you can find me on tumblr or my own site tflc. TFLC has an archive of all my CC downloads.
I'm here on tumblr and my site, tflc
