Default The current user is not entitled to run the sims 4 in the installed language
I feel like ripping my hair off ... So Sims 4 won't run because I get an error message which says: "The current user is not entitled to run the sims 4 in the installed language" f0389e3b:90f690cf (and it continues with tons of 0000)
like what the heck is this now

I never had this issue before, I used to have a windows 7 that was fully in English. But I reinstalled my windows 7 yesterday and I installed it with English and (my own native tongue) Finnish. Basically the computer is in Finnish while UI is in English.
So today I installed the sims 4 again. I let the origin take over and install the entire game (all the stuff packs, game packs and updates).
For my Sims 4 game language I chose English, because I like my sims in English.

After hours, the game installation was done and now I should be able to play. EXCEPT I'm not able to play because I'm not entitled to the language
I tried to run the *fix* the game action. It didn't do any good either.
I googled the issue and some say it's a problem with region blocks. A bug or problem EA caused to make it so some countries have to play in their native language. wtf again...

So I'm recommended to reinstalled the whole game...install it in my own native language and then change the game language to English afterwards. Is that even possible?

Sigh

I Kinda fixed this issue for myself, so in case anyone ever has this issue and comes across this post, I wanted to leave a answer/resolution to this problem.

1. Yes, uninstall the game, sadly.

2. Make sure when installing the sim games the base game and expansions are all installed with the same language. Really, make sure of that even if you thought, "well obviously".
I have a physical copy of the sims 4 base game, which is not in my native language, but it's only in English. While my expansion packs (stuff packs + Gamepacks) are all digital copies via Origin. This problem happened, because after I installed my English base game, my origin detected that my native language is Finnish, so instead continuing in English it decided to install all Expansion packs (stuff packs + Gamepacks) in Finnish. I suppose this resulted into messed up game installation with the language.

When I reinstalled the game again, I made sure my Origin language was changed into English before any installations (so it'd understand to download the game in English) and also I let the origin download the digital base game copy instead of using my physical one (since I own the physical copy, Origin seems to let me download the digital copy too for free) and then I let Origin just do the whole installation from base game all the way to the final EP,SP,GP. Took 7-8 hours but now all works. Pretty annoying how the sims 4 forces you to use Origin and can't do anything manually...

Anyway, Solved.
