What is the social media followers cheat called in city living?

Not sure if you got an answer yet and I know its been two months but....
If you have a level 10 Charisma skill you should be able to get over a million, yes, a million follows by just uploading a video.

So that ISN'T a bug? I remember that happened for my Sim and I couldn't believe it otherwise.
