I'm not sure if it's just a skin (because whenever you get the un-censor mod it shows underneath) or if it's a mod or something. I don't want to actually VIEW the nudity (I still have the blur) and I want to keep the underwear, but I would like them to actually be naked whenever you have the nude option or before you take a shower (Still, with the blur.) I don't want to be able to view this in CAS, either. If it IS a skin, is there a skin out there with skin-color underwear? (not actually showing anything NSFW) If you have anything even related, please comment! Thanks in advance.

No, there isnt.

There is a "nude" outfit that is just the mesh without textures there is simply no way around that, if you can view it because you added mods to do it then you are going to view it but no-mosaic mods should not enable that to be viewed in CAS since all they do is remove the mosaic.

Also by default they are "Barbie and Ken" so even if you manage to enable the nude outfit to be visible in CAS they should have no genitalia (and no nipples in the female case) so I fail to see whats the problem, the only circumstances were Sims should be nude are when taking a bath or in some cases when using the hot tub to begin with, they dont even go nude in CAS in the tattoos section.
