You need to send this to Deaderpool over on his Discord channel for MC Command Center support, but nine times out of ten he's going to tell you it's caused by outdated mods or custom content.

I got LastException Errors too, and I'm using MCCC mod only. But I hear that using 3.5.0 will fix the issue but I never tried it.

I'm no expert but it looks like you have a lot of mods that are outdated. Just from what I see.
