I found it on Pinterest but the link is misleading, the download compressed package does not include this hairstyle, I have followed the link and downloaded it and doublechecked and the simblr in question is no longer active so there is no hope in contacting them. If you have this hair and are willing to reupload it, I would be very grateful, my colored sims really can use more cute afro hairstyles like this.

Edit2:I found an updated SPWL's toddler conversion post, she took out the Twin Box Braids on purpose, apparently. So that explains why it wasn't in whatever you downloaded.

She explains why she took that particular hair out. It seems like she was going to release them with more conversions from the Formation pack. But as far as I can see (Last CC release from 7 months ago) She never did.
