Default WCIF tall, cheap chainlink fence
I'm in need of a tall chainlink fence for my lower class sims living in a dangerous section of the city.

Sadly, the only one I found is named "tornado chainlink fence" and is fairly expensive. It would raise the lot value too much,

I'm looking for something priced 1-5 simoleons, hopefully with a matching door/gate.

Can someone advise me?

Somebody else recently asked a similar question looking for fencing suitable for a prison. I think the same fences would suit you. Curiousb's conversions of Cyclonesue's various wire fences (chicken wire, barbed wire, chain link, etc.) I have these in my game and they're fairly cheap - all $30 per tile. There are matching gates for them too - $160 each.

It's easy to change the price of a fence in SimPE.

I stink at using SimPE. If even I can figure out how to change the price of a chandelier, the OP can certainly change the price of a fence.

I downloaded so many fences until I found these, I think they really look best on cheap lots.
As for the actual price - you're gonna have to look up how to change it in SimPE. I'm fairly sure I've had every chainlink fence in my game once and none of them were cheap.
