That's right. As the name implies, it's a mod for retail fridges, which would therefore only be found under build items when on a retail lot, unless you used debugging cheats to be able to buy any furniture in the game.

Can someone explain to me if this item can be used on a residential lot, but with a "live in store" mod being used to create a home market? I can't quite seem to figure this one out! Thanks!

A heads up for anyone using this mod (despite it has not been updated since 2018). It used to work until June 2020 patch and Eco Lifestyle. Now if the mod is installed the interaction to brew fizz (using the machine that comes with Eco Lifestyle) won't show up, so you will be able to put ingredients in the brewing maching and get stuck. It is highly advisable to remove this mod as it is highly unlikely the modder will update it (as they never updated the mod in the last 2 years)

I never knew that this was the cause. Thank you for letting us know. It is a shame because this is one of my must have mods.
