(NON-EP User's: Please test this out for me. GeneralZoi gave me some info on how to package this together without having a sims2pack or cleanpackinstaller place it in your game. It should work for your game whether you have the EP's or not. Please either respond here, or by PM if this does or doesn't work for you. When you Un-Rar, just place the files in MyDocuments/EAGames/TheSims2/Downloads folder)

Hello there! :howdy:

Since I will be releasing a Flash villain very soon, it made sense to first make Flash. So, without further ado, here's Wally West, aka Flash.

From Spider-Bob, Flash has these powers:
