by request: Mafia house

I saw on the lot and housing request forum that someone wanted a "Mafia mansion." I decided to go wild and make it.

12 Gondola Way is completely hack, mod, and custom-content free.

Now, I'm well aware that there are plenty of beautiful, humongous Sim mansions out there. This lot, however, is big and beautiful without any custom content/hacks/mods whatsoever.

12 Gondola Way has every and any room/amenity you can think of, including 3-4 bedrooms, 4-5 bathrooms, 2 garages, a pool, a gazebo, an outdoor grill and eating area, a means of raising every skill and fulfilling every need, etc...

I even included two poker tables and a bar area just for fun, since it IS a Mafia mansion, after all...

The house is on a smallish lot and costs a little under 320,000 simoleons. I know that is a lot of money, but we're talking about MAFIA MANSION here.

P.S.--I am aware that the house is lavender. Your Mafia sims need to put up a front of being normal, decent, law-abiding Simizens.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
